CrossFit Calder is a unique strength and conditioning center, delivering fun, dynamic and functional training designed to get results both mentally and physically with a community based feel where everybody is encouraged and supported by coaches and peers. The aim is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness, through a program that will best prepare members for any physical contingency, not only for the unknown but the unknowable. We deliver a constantly varied program, performed at high intensity using functional movements. Our coaches are CrossFit L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, fitness and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will acquaint you with our state of the art CrossFit equipment, gym and facilities. Our newly refurbished CrossFit box features brand new climbing ropes, turf strip for sleds, custom rig and spacious matted areas. Relax in our members area after a hard workout with our big screen TV and comfy couches
